So the aim for fitness continues with the scary purchase of some scales. Thats a bit boring you might say, but no, these are no ordinary scales, just from my sockless feet this amazing piece of equipment can apparently determine -
My body fat %
My H2O level
My muscle %
Basic metabolic rate
And all for the bargain price of £40.
Between this and the gym I'm gonna be broke.
For those that care what I ate today:
A bowl of cereal this morning
Salad with Quorn pieces, red pepper and two slices of bread for dinner
Fruit juice
First of my days off, gym again tomorrow whoooo!
