Well I managed to spend another morning at the gym, hoorah!

Did a good 45mins worth of cardio, and some resistance training, but this was limited as I messed up my arm when I went last week, its almost better though so I hope to be able to pick that up again tomorrow.

Don't even really want to mention my food, started off well with a banana for breakfast, but then had a cuppa soup for lunch with some bread, and then canneloni for dinner, d'oh!

Just as well I'm down the gym again tomorrow
