My journey to get fit

Well what can I say, who would've thought they could top Shaun of the Dead, but they did!
This is probably the funniest film I have seen in a while, and its brilliantly acted and so slick with great laugh out loud moments, and great action scenes.
It borrows heavily from action films like The Matrix, but puts them into a great comedy rural village setting.
This is worth watching just for the final fight between Simon Pegg and Timothy Dalton.
And fair play to Somerfield for letting them do that to their shop!

Well hello!

I've not posted for a while, not that anyone reads so I thought I'd do a mid point weigh in.

Now a glorious 120kg, with a 46" waist

My weight loss has really slowed now, mainly because my body is crashing its bmr as I mentioned before, its now almost down to 2300! Also I think it is because I'm converting a lot of fat to muscle. I've lost 3% of my fat, and have put on 4% muscle which obviously weighs more!

Also go see Hot Fuzz.

If I'm not too busy at work tonight I may write a review of that and Charlotte's Web, stay tuned

Hello People!

Just thought I'd let you know I'm still alive, just being a bit lazy with my blogging! Currently weighing in at 121.7, dropping all the time at the mo (this isn't an official weigh in however!) and I've lost two inches off my waist, can't remember if i've mentioned that. Off work ill today, kept being sick this morning. On the plus side it will help with the weight loss as I can't eat anything.

I'm having to work harder now to lose the weight, as my bmr is starting to crash (according to my magical scales). It started at nearly 2600 and has gone down to 2400, but I'm just gonna keep going!

Providing I feel better tomorrow, I'll be at the gym again.

Is probably worms.

I know its old, but i've just been playing it on my psp, and god its great! I debated making a team leaders team to shoot up after the pants jobs me and my colleague were given to do (some small satisfaction however that I handed in my notice last night yay!) but decided against it, instead i went for "Positive":

Well here we are again on my second night shift, although not for too much longer as I'm changing jobs!

I weighed in at 122.4 kgs so not a lot lost but more than I was expecting, which is pretty good going, I'm hitting my days off again now so its the mad burst of activity.

Sorry for being away so long, it's been a busy week, and one not too good diet wise!

I've managed to keep up the gym, one saving grace, but I haven't lost any weight, nor gained any back. I have lost two inches from my waist tho, so not all doom and gloom!

I've got engaged to my girlfriend as well, yay!

I'll still do my weigh in tomorrow, hopefully it will come out ok
