Don't try to do too much at first mate. Nice and gentle and don't be surprised if your weight loss slows down or plateaus for a couple of weeks when you start exercising. Man, not so much weak but god I feel hungry, the worst thing is when you get on the scales the next morning and it looks like you have put on weight! Still I'm going back today, its gonna be a long slog more…

Well 12 stone would be pretty great! but really I'd settle for about 14, I'm a fairly big built bloke and 6ft, so not sure how realistic 12 would be, just gonna take every day as it comes tho! more…

Oh boy, I'd love to join in, but for someone weighing in at a staggering 8½-ish stone, I don't think that'd be the best idea. Your name isn't very permanent, though, sir.
